Our helpdesk provides a single point of contact Australia-wide, for multi-disciplined services and maintenance on a 24 hour, 7 day per week basis.

The helpdesk is a Support Centre for our customers. We offer more than just taking a call and logging it into a system. The helpdesk team has the capacity to handle calls across a full range of issues and the experience to provide immediate solutions.
